We started this Handyman & Landscaping Service as a niche for all the smaller items and tasks around your property, home, gardens and yard, and for any maintenance updates and upkeep that some contractors do not want to be bothered with. Items that may be small, but still add big value to your property. Services for those who need a little help, for those who do not have the time to do it all themselves, for those who would like routine care at their property, for those who need "away from home" services and for those who need some new fresh ideas.
We are a 2-person small business venture and promise to give your property personalized care and attention, trustworthy and timely service, and budget friendly high quality work. Whether it's for full property management, an odd job from time to time, or vacation & pet services while you are away.

I possess 36 years in the real estate management industry. I have managed all types of real estate from multi-family housing, mobile home parks, industrial space, professional medical and office space, and retail real estate. This management experience has provided me with the ability to identify and resolve most maintenance concerns with almost any type of real estate.
Prior to my real estate management career, I funded my college education by completing maintenance and handyman services. I worked as a maintenance man completing necessary small repairs, lawn care, and painting services for a local office development. I also provided handyman and gardening services to individual homeowners.
I enjoy assisting others by providing handyman and outdoor gardening services. I have a passion for gardening and possess an eye for detail. I appreciate a well maintained property and strive to provide service which improves the visual appearance of any property serviced.

I have a passion for construction and architecture. I have spent over 25 years as a project manager in the construction industry, from Habitat for Humanity to general contracting to transportation to renewable energy to utility plants to facilities. I like to problem-solve and I have extensive contacts and knowledge to get things done regarding construction, remodeling and design.
I am a homeowner in the lake country area and have spent many years lovingly updating and working on my home, yard and gardens. I would love to take that excitement and enjoyment and help others with their property and possessions.
One of my hobbies is to upcycle materials, creative reuse and repurpose of items - old and new - for fun and unique uses or displays. I love building things, designing, decorating, and creating eclectic items and spaces for our home and yard. I have an eye for detail and enjoy creating personalized ways to display our own treasures, and would love to help you with all of this too.
